In this role, I have provided entrepreneurial consulting expertise to help businesses boost their bottom line as well as to better market and differentiate their products and services from their competitors, working closely with executives. Prior to becoming a consultant, I not only managed multiple associates at two different companies in two different industries, but I also recruited, hired and trained talent as well. In short, I know what a hiring manager is looking for – and what they aren’t looking for. I've experienced a large stack of resumes on my desk and in my email InBox with a deadline from my boss to make a hire. What’s more, I’ve worked in both the public and private sector, and consulted for companies large and small, including nonprofit organizations.
